Passion

Preparation

They need to be able to think on their feet and adapt to whatever comes their way. And while passion can help fuel that preparation, at the end of the day it's going to be the agent's knowledge and skills that will make the biggest difference.
When you're looking for a real estate agent, both passion and preparation are important factors to consider. An agent who is passionate about their job will likely be more motivated to go above and beyond for their clients. But an agent who is also prepared with the necessary skills and knowledge will ultimately be more successful in getting your home sold—and getting you top dollar for it.
